Once installed, plants require a close degree of maintenance to assist in establishment, and regular care afterwards for your continued enjoyment.  However, even with the best care, installed plants sometimes don’t establish and need to be replaced. As such, Four Springs Landscape and Garden, LLC offers a one-time, one year limited warranty to plants installed by us, with the following terms and conditions:

 

We will replace material that does not establish for free as soon as it is available and as our schedule permits.  This may necessitate waiting a full year depending in part on plant availability and proper planting season. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, we will refund you for the plant/s in question.

 

Material will be replaced one time only.  We may suggest a different variety or different plant altogether, which will be considered as the warranty replacement and not as a new plant.

 

We must ascertain that the material is healthy at the time of installation.

 

The material must have been selected, purchased, and either delivered by us, or accepted by us at the delivery site solely from the originating company. 

 

Material must be planted by us or under our on-site direction within a reasonable timeframe.

Material not planted on the day of delivery must have water and protection provided.

 

The planting environment must be maintained as a provision of the warranty, including watering and protection from unreasonable damage by pets or people.

 

 What does not fall under our warranty:

• Acts of ‘mother nature’ or of vandalism; for example, early or late season freezes, heavy snowstorms, hail or damaging winds, and similar incidents.

• Plants that fail because of improper care; for example, over- or under-watering, improper fertilizing or chemical application, etc.

• Plants that are transplanted.

• Plants impacted by free-roaming pets (for example, having no fencing or invisible fence)

• Any of the following and/or any combination of the following:

Plant material ordered, paid for, or selected by the client, received as a gift, or specified by the client against the recommendation of Four Springs Landscape and Garden, LLC. 

• Ornamental grasses, annuals, bulbs, tubers and corms.
